The Mommy Method ♥

Individually we can but TOGETHER we will.

Our Approach

At The Mommy Method, we believe mothering isn’t just about raising children—it’s also about healing and nurturing the little girl inside you. Whether you’re a mom in the traditional sense or a woman on a journey to reparent your inner child, you belong here.

We take a trauma-informed, faith-centered approach to support moms (and moms-to-their-younger-selves) in navigating motherhood, career, relationships, self-care, nutrition, and fitness. Using evidence-based practices alongside the power of faith, we provide compassionate, personalized coaching and consultation services rooted in healing, resilience, and balance.

Through one-on-one coaching, group support, and expert consultation, we help you find the right tools and community to thrive—because individually we can, but TOGETHER we will :)

Adrienne Walker (Dree)

LMSW | CPT | Host of the Actually Anointed Podcast

Adrienne knows that mothering isn’t just about raising children—it’s also about nurturing the little girl inside you. As a woman of faith deeply familiar with inner child work and its power in intergenerational healing, she understands the weight of breaking cycles, healing past wounds, and stepping into the woman God created you to be. Her journey as a mother, a mental health professional, and a survivor has shaped her passion for helping women reclaim their strength, self-worth, and divine purpose.

With a background in social work since 2015, Adrienne is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Life Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, a graduate of The Ohio State University, a former Division 1 athlete, wife, and a mom of five. She’s no stranger to the dedication and resilience it takes to achieve your goals, but she also knows how easy it is to lose yourself in the weight of responsibilities—feeling like no amount of effort is ever enough to get through the day.

Her passion for maternal health stems from her own experiences, highlighting the urgent need for trauma-informed, faith-centered, one-stop-shop services for moms. As a survivor of intimate partner violence (IPV) and childhood trauma, Adrienne is committed to creating safe spaces for women to heal and thrive. With ante/postnatal specialists making up less than 10% of personal trainers, she is determined to bridge the gap in accessible, informed care for mothers. Additionally, Black or African American life coaches make up only about 8.7% of all life coaches in the U.S., and licensed Black therapists account for just over 20% of all licensed therapists—further proving the need for culturally competent and spiritually grounded support in maternal mental health.

That’s why The Mommy Method was created—to remind women, in every stage of motherhood, that motherhood starts with taking care of yourself. Faith and healing go hand in hand—embrace who you were THEN and walk confidently in who you are NOW. The calling on your life is too powerful to ignore.

"Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up." - Ecclesiastes 4:9-10

Let’s take that step forward together—your healing starts today.

“Before working with The Mommy Method, I felt lost in my fitness and wellness journey. As a busy mom, I struggled to prioritize myself, but this program changed everything. Coach Adrienne provided the support, guidance, and accountability I needed to stay on track. Not only have I seen physical changes, but more importantly, I’ve gained confidence and a healthier mindset. I finally feel strong, energized, and in control of my body. This experience has truly been life-changing!”
